Why wait for a few weeks when we already have many great features right now. Look over at the right side of the screen. That’s the Quick Search box. Enter the name of the area you are looking for, property type, price and bedrooms (if applicable) and you will have many great options.
Look up in the menu bar. There’s a great option called ALL listings by town. Look in the community you are looking for and see if you can find what you are after. At the bottom of the property info is a contact widget. With that you can book a showing…or you can even make an offer!
Also, in the menu bar above, are three links to other MLS sites. These three sites encompass almost all of the area listings. Don’t forget to register on those sites so you can get new listings sent right to your email inbox…usually before anyone else sees them online.
